Growgenics LLC (“Growgenics”, or the “Company”), began operations on May 16, 2014 with the purpose of marketing their unique multi-shape lighting technology. The Company’s legal structure was formed as a limited liability company (LLC) under the laws of the State of Rhode Island on May 16, 2014. At the time of this offering three individuals are actively involved in the management of this company; Richard A. Genga Jr., Robert A. Flynn and Joseph G. Anter.
Growgenics ‘Multi-Shape Lighting’ advanced LED technology utilizes modular light segments to drive maximum photonic energy directly to the plant foliage. This unique design provides the user with the ability to easily and quickly adjust angles of light modules to wrap each light around the plant, directing maximum photonic energy directly to the plant’s canopy. This system also provides the user the ability to customize Light Spectrum Ratios or ‘light recipes’ to maximize vegetative yield regardless of plant species. This U.S. manufactured technology pairs the highest quality LEDs and components with lean design and manufacturing to ensure high quality and long life. This system is specifically engineered to maximize vegetative yield while minimizing both electrical energy and heat.
Growgenics’ primary focus will be on developing leading market and brand positions in the North American commercial grow markets. The company will focus on encompassing four key markets; indoor cannabis, indoor vertical farming for agriculture, greenhouse supplemental lighting and, university research.

Growgenics multi-shape LED lighting delivers maximum photonic energy. This unique design provides a means for pivoting, rotating, and adjusting the lights to wrap around a plant delivering maximum photonic grow light energy to all areas of the plant facilitating plant growth in multiple directions.
Growgenics’ unique design is a modular system. Our lights are designed as interconnecting LED light segments that can be connected in a number of various configurations based on a grower’s need, i.e., linear, octagonal, trapezoidal, etc. This provides efficiency in manufacturing and provides our customers with flexibility to deliver maximum photonic grow energy to their plants.
Our unique energy saving LED lighting technology reduces the electrical power required to power the lights by ~50% while also reduce the HVAC cooling load power by ~50% as well.
Through extensive scientific research and laboratory testing, ten key light color frequencies that positively affect plant growth and photosynthesis have been integrated into our advanced LED lights. We provide the user the ability to adjust these ratios to optimize plant growth. These color ratios can be adjusted on a smartphone or by computer to optimize the growth of any species of plant.
This technology integration provides the user the ability to control power levels, light color spectrum ratios, and light on-off times. In addition, Growgenics’ unique lighting technology has one-button smartphone click technology that temporarily toggles the grow light LEDs to all white, or to all green for enhanced plant leaf health inspection.
Growgenics’ lighting technology is powered by 12 volts, not only is this safe to touch without injury or shock, but the lights can also be powered directly by photo-voltaic solar panels.Marketing Focus
The Growgenics LLC business model is focused on four major fast-growing markets: Indoor Cannabis, Indoor Vertical Farming, Greenhouse (supplementary lighting) and University level botany based research.Patents & Intellectual Property
Growgenics filed its first major utility patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office on March 24, 2018. The Growgenics patent application includes nineteen claims. The patent highlights Growgenics’ novel and unique shape lighting technology, tunable light spectrum tech, integrated environmental sensors, day & night inspect modes, plant canopy measurement, and lights that grow with the plant technology.
